Double Stacked Cabinetry
Banquet Seating
We opened up an existing kitchen to unify three areas: the dining area, food preparation area and entertainment area.
Working with the contractor I removed the peninsula and opened up the wall between the two rooms to remove obstacles to flow and sight lines.
The space needed to accommodate small and large groups.
I used banquet seating with drawers and double stacked cabinets extended to the ceiling for added storage
A wine storage area and pass through were installed in place of an unused desk.
Glass cabinetry columns frame the new, wider opening between living room and kitchen.
An entertainment center of the same style of cabinetry was added for a unifying feel between the spaces.
